Our Family Weekly Planner

I thought I’d show you our new family weekly planner.

As you know I’ve been introducing a few things in our house lately, to make organizing our family’s busy life easier.

We’ve always had a calendar in the kitchen, but this one is so much more user-friendly for our family.

It starts in the middle of August, which for us is kind of like the start of a new year, what with the kids going back to school and all that.

On the inside of the cover is a 2017 and 2018 quick glance calendar. Then a box for each month to write any birthdays you need to remember.

As you turn onto the first page, there is a removable clear plastic sheet (as you can see with my reflection on the pic). This is so handy, as it means you can write anything you want and it will carry over to any week of the year. In my case I have written our names at the top, so I won’t have to do that again.

Using the pen provided you can just wipe off with a damp cloth whenever you need to.

It’s really easy to remove and pop back on again to the next page.

This is a 16 month calendar, so runs right through until December 2018.

On each of the weekly pages there is that months calendar at a glance, and the next months calendar at a glance.

Then there are 6 boxes for you to write in each day. I’ve done it so James and I have 1 box and the kids have a box each. Let’s face it, they’ve got a much better social life than their parents!

On the right hand side of the page is a handy perforated to-do list and shopping list. This makes it easier to just tear and go. In fact each weekly sheet is perforated to easily tear off.

On the back cover is a place to write any useful phone numbers and family and friends numbers. It also includes a little pocket that includes 2 sheets of stickers. They include reminder stickers for all different sorts of occasions and appointments.

I think the whole family will enjoy using this, and everyone can use it for their own appointments or things to remember. Being a large family it’s easy to lose track of a few things.

* This review is my own thoughts and opinions, and the family weekly planner was bought with my own pennies.

See you soon
